Authors are invited to submit a full 6-page paper until September 21,
2009.
Submissions should be formatted in 10 pt and double column.
We recommend using the IEEE transactions
and proceedings style file available from
http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/authors/transjnl/index.html.
Only electronic submissions will be accepted.
Presentations and papers should be in English.
