2006: Degree as Management Assistant in IT-systems (German: IT-Systemkauffrau)
2011: Master of computer science (German: Diplom-Informatikerin) with a minor in mechanical engineering at the University of Siegen. Title of the diploma thesis: „Evaluation and implementation of knowledge representation methods to generate product usage knowledge, based on objective (machine based) feedback data (EvalIFeed)." The work took place in the context of the WiRPro project at the Institute of Knowledge Based Systems and Knowledge Management.
