Indikatorengestützte Qualitätsförderung
- Category: Research project
- Duration: 2018-2020
The web-based learning project "Indikatorengestützte Qualitätsförderung - inQS" was launched nationwide in January 2017 with 150 Catholic nursing facilities. Indicators of structural, process and result quality are used in the project for comparison and learning.
- Quality indicators are used to analyze whether existing resources and measures introduced by the care facility lead to an improved quality of care.
- Quality indicators are used to identify characteristics of good care in facilities for elderly care and to promote nursing skills.
- Interventions in the nursing facilities to promote quality, such as personnel planning or demand-oriented further training, can be reflected upon.
- Concepts leading to improved regional care for people in need of care are to be identified.
The learning project "Indikatorengestützte Qualitätsförderung - inQS", which is running a minimum of four years, is accompanied by a steering committee, drawing on scientific expertise, and is also evaluated participatively.
