- CMOS Image Sensors and SPAD detectors for low light imaging
- Ultra low power energy- quality scalable circuits and systems design for sensing and ubiquitous computing (e.g., IoT, wearables)
- Energy efficiency and energy harvesting in near-threshold circuits for green computing
- Circuit design in emerging technologies
