Change of
requirements for registering a Master's
thesis
There has been an important change in the examination rules regarding the registration of a Master's thesis, effective immediately. Namely, a Master's thesis can only be registered if the modules from the respective adaptation block 4MECHMA001 and 4MECHMA002 or 4MECHMA011 and 4MECHMA012, the modules from the compulsory block 4MECHMA021, 4INFBA100, 4INFMAEX901, 4MECHMA022, 4MECHMA023, 4MBMA005, and 4MBMA059, as well as at least 18 credit points (LP) from the elective block have been completed.
This change is intended to prevent cases where students complete their thesis but later fail a compulsory module permanently and, as a result, cannot obtain their degree.
