Security and Certificate Management Systems

Most of the applications requiring security and using asymmetric cryptography for digital signatures, need a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). This particularly includes certifi cate management systems which issue and administer certifi cates for all participants.
We have developed certifi cate management systems which generate certifi cates according to X.509v3 and manage them (LDAP Server). The software has been developed as part of smart card projects achieved by us. These certifi cate management systems are designed to generate certifi cates, which integrate key systems for elliptic curve cryptography.
A security management system is needed as well, which enables the online access to components of the security system to exchange key systems, to change access rights, to collect log books, to control critical device parameters, to set or adjust date and time etc. Our institute has developed a security management system, which enables the provider of devices to control them remotely and execute security and critical functions. These functions extended by software download of approved modules allow the complete, secure and approved online administration as well as a trustworthy data exchange.
